Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jjwin55 ("jjwin55," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jjwin55 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jjwin55.app.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion currently in effect on jjwin55 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not have had a previous jjwin55 account closed for misconduct, fraud, or terms violation.

jjwin55 requires identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before real-money deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are enabled. KYC requires submission of a valid Pakistani national identity document (CNIC) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. jjwin55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one registered jjwin55 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjwin55 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances held in those accounts.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jjwin55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. jjwin55 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jjwin55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank.

Minimum deposit: 200 PKR per transaction. Deposits processed via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your jjwin55 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to standard interbank processing windows.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by jjwin55 within one hour for standard amounts under 500,000 PKR. Withdrawals involving jackpot winnings or amounts above 500,000 PKR may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours to process. jjwin55 will notify you of the status of your withdrawal request through your account notification settings.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your jjwin55 account, subject to verification. jjwin55 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including in connection with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

• Funds deposited via Easypaisa must be withdrawn to the same or a verified Easypaisa account.
• Funds deposited via JazzCash must be withdrawn to the same or a verified JazzCash account.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard IBFT processing times and applicable banking windows in Pakistan.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted (see Section 6).

Gameplay Rules

All games on jjwin55 are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any jjwin55 game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the relevant game rules.

jjwin55 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, system malfunction, data feed error, or where a game outcome was affected by circumstances beyond normal operating conditions. In the event of a voided bet, the corresponding stake amount will be returned to your jjwin55 PKR wallet.

jjwin55 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated with each offer:

• Bonuses are available to Pakistani players aged 18 and above who have completed KYC verification.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• jjwin55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per jjwin55 account, unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus offers are personal to the individual account holder and may not be transferred.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjwin55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjwin55 reserves the right to close accounts, void bets, and forfeit balances associated with any prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one jjwin55 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with jjwin55 games or systems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage — whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or use jjwin55 for any financial crime.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your jjwin55 account.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Attempting to circumvent jjwin55 security systems, including KYC and age verification procedures.
• Any conduct that jjwin55 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jjwin55 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, user interface designs, logos, text, trademarks, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of jjwin55 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwin55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any jjwin55 content or software.

Responsible Gaming

jjwin55 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following tools are available to every registered jjwin55 account holder and can be activated at any time through the account settings:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwin55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jjwin55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your gaming decisions or outcomes.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond jjwin55's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform that contains an error.

jjwin55's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jjwin55 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

jjwin55 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jjwin55.app/privacy-policy . By registering a jjwin55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms
